Started in 1978 and now run by the second generation. The signature is rush-bag rice, named for the woven bags the rice was once cooked in, served with a pork rib. It still uses Wufeng Taichung No. 9 rice and seasoned preserved mustard greens. The crispy chicken leg is also recommended. Michelin suggests an afternoon visit to dodge the queue.
