A Chinese-style garden of red-pillared pavilions, bridges and a seven-storey Cloud-Piercing Pagoda around ponds. By day it belongs to neighbours doing morning exercises and moves slowly; at night it changes. Around Mid-Autumn the Lights by the Lake festival hangs lanterns on the pagoda and bridges. In 2026 the main run was 19-27 September, with displays up to 4 October.
