A locals' noodle shop that gets so many foreign visitors it has signs in several languages. Pick your noodle (egg bami, rice or glass) and style: dry, soup, spicy dry or spicy soup. The shrimp-based broth tastes a bit fishy until you stir in the chilli paste, then it turns sweet, hot and savoury. Staff sometimes swap your combo for what they think works better, so just ask them.
