Named after the owner, Mor, and the Mu Dong canal it sits on. Rustic wooden pavilions line a mangrove creek, and the view shifts as the tide comes and goes. Tanks of live seafood sit by the open kitchen; regulars pick the squid in black ink, crab stir-fried in a sweet-sour sauce, house-made prawn and crab fritters, and a shrimp-paste chilli dip with blanched vegetables.
