The bun shop you see as soon as you leave Yumoto Station. The signature Hakone no Otsukisama is steamed long for a chewy skin around Hokkaido red bean with Okinawan salt, so it's not too sweet. Buns come straight from the factory and are warmed at the counter, perfect to eat while you walk. Grab a Gokurosan too: bamboo-charcoal black skin with rich sesame paste.
