A large hotel facing the Berliner Dom and Museum Island across the Spree. The Nikolaiviertel and Hackescher Markt are about five minutes away, and the TV Tower isn't far. There's an indoor pool and spa, and reviews keep mentioning location, views and breakfast. The giant cylindrical AquaDom that once stood in the lobby burst in December 2022 and is gone, so don't book off old photos.
