The place for Tafelspitz, Vienna's boiled beef. It arrives in a copper pot with root vegetables, a slice of marrow bone and plenty of clear broth, plus apple horseradish, chive sauce, rösti and toasted rye (official menu). Drink the broth first as soup, spread the marrow on the bread, then dip the beef in the sauces.
