A pork-rib house in a vaulted cellar dating from 1591 (official menu). Down the stairs, long tables run under brick arches and the room echoes with clinking beer glasses. The house plate, 'Ribs of Vienna', comes with coleslaw and two dips for €25.90 (May 2025 menu). There are about ten styles (garlic, ginger, hot and more), and draught beer is €5.50 for half a litre.
