A goose restaurant run by one family for three generations and eighty years, now on the Bib Gourmand list. The headliner is a plate of lightly smoked goose, lean with a hint of smoke. Add angelica-broth noodles with goose, duck glass-noodle soup, and braised gizzards or wings, and two people eat very well.
