A stall under the arcade by the Second Market's middle gate for over forty years, with folding tables right there. Order the 'three' (sanyang): pan-crisped radish cake, rice sausage and a fried egg. The radish cake actually tastes of radish, the sausage is fried crisp, and the house soy glaze plus miso-chilli sauce tie it together. Grab a black tea from across the way and you have a Taichung breakfast.
