A sister bar to Speak Low, from Shingo Gokan's camp. The original on Yandang Road closed in June 2022, when it ranked No. 11 in Asia, and in October 2023 it reopened across two floors (about 400 m²) of the INS building by Fuxing Park. Navy awnings read SOBER CAFÉ, SOBER SOCIETY and KITCHEN: coffee by day, classic cocktails at night. Somewhere in the building hides a second bar called Tipsy. It placed No. 81 on Asia's 50 Best Bars' 51–100 list in 2025.
