On the second floor of the Le Meilleur building in Jongno, octopus arrives sizzling and red on a hot plate. The shop says it is in its third generation. The sauce is properly hot, so most tables order bacon sausage or a rolled omelet to put out the fire. Office workers fill it at lunch, families and company dinners at night. The building garage is free for the first two hours.
