This loach-soup institution opened in Dadong in 1932. The star is Seoul-style chutang, not the country-style chueotang: whole loach simmered in a beef-based broth that ends clean and a little spicy. When you order, they ask whether you want the loach whole or ground. Pan-fried jeon and grilled sides draw their own long-time regulars.
