This downtown stream was restored after an elevated highway once covered it. Start by Cheonggye Plaza’s Candlelight Fountain, then walk beneath 22 bridges toward Jongno and Gwangjang Market. Low steps bring you close to the water, and evenings mix commuters with visitors.
