This buckwheat noodle shop has been at it since 1954. The cold soba lands on two trays, so you leave full, and you season the soy-based dipping broth with grated radish, scallion and wasabi. Lunch tables often add buckwheat rolls, scallion pancake, a pork cutlet or a bossam set. It is on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list, and the hall is big enough that the line clears fast.
