This Hamheung naengmyeon house has held its spot in the Ojang-dong noodle lane since 1953. The chewy noodles get tossed in a sweet, sour, spicy sauce, and a cup of warm broth comes alongside to calm the heat. Cold broth noodles, the hoe version and warm noodle soup are all the same price. Look at the next table and you will see dumplings or boiled pork added on.
