A Pil-dong institution below Namsangol Hanok Village, serving Pyongyang-style cold noodles for decades. The chilled beef broth is nearly clear and very subtle: first-timers call it bland, regulars call that the whole point. Here the buckwheat noodles come with a sprinkle of chili flakes and scallion. In the evening many order thick slices of boiled beef or pork with soju, then finish with noodles.
