Down a back lane in Euljiro 3-ga, this old house grills beef ribs over charcoal briquettes. Whenever Seoul galbi comes up, this name comes up too, and the regulars skew older. In winter plenty of tables get a pot of cod stew instead. The sign sits deep in the alley, so it is easy to walk past once.
