By day, a back alley of print shops and tool stores. At dusk the beer halls roll out dozens of plastic tables onto the street and office workers loosen their ties. The order is simple: grilled dried baby pollock dipped in gochujang mayo, and one 500 ml draft after another. Manseon Hof, the biggest bar here, has two floors and takes groups.
