Gregory Chrysos cut this bar into the Fira cliff in 1976, the island's first cocktail bar. PK stands for Palea Kameni, the volcanic islet straight ahead. His son runs it now, and from three terraced levels the sun drops past the caldera and the volcano. Booked tables take a deposit, which is not a minimum spend; unused money is refunded.
