This white Orthodox cathedral sits right in the middle of Fira, and its bell tower is visible from most of town, handy when you've lost your bearings. From the front you get a gap of caldera and sea between the buildings. It is a working church, so shorts and bare shoulders draw looks. A quick, cool stop between the shopping lanes.
