A brunch café on Rees Street right by the lake. White walls and lots of plants give it a European feel. It draws a lot of Western travellers, and the cabinet is crammed with cakes and sandwiches. Like most Kiwi cafés it opens at 7:30 am and closes by 3:30 pm, so think breakfast or early lunch. It started on Beach Street and moved here to a bigger, brighter space.
