This started as the bakery making Fergburger's buns and now has its own counter. Even when next door is mobbed, you can usually walk straight in. The thing to get is a New Zealand meat pie; the steak and cheese, packed with beef, is the best seller. It opens at 6 am, so plenty of people grab breakfast here before a Milford Sound bus. There are croissants and doughnuts too, but the praise mostly goes to the pies.
