A steakhouse on the first floor of the Sofitel. The signature is the prime rib, 150-day grain-fed Black Angus, dry-aged and roasted in a special oven. Beef comes from New Zealand, Australia and Japan, and there is wagyu. Red king crab and oysters cover the seafood side. Over 40 wines are poured by the glass.
