On the corner of Boulevard Saint-Germain since the 1880s. Apollinaire ran a magazine from the ground floor, and Sartre and Beauvoir made it famous by writing here all day. These days you pay for the name, and the prices show it. The routine is a thick 'chocolat spécial Flore' at a terrace table, watching the street go by, with Les Deux Magots right next door.
