A ramen shop dressed up as a yokochō, one of Tokyo's narrow drinking alleys. Noodles are made on site from wheat grown on the company's own field, and the broth comes from farm chickens from the Loiret. It's a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and travellers worn down by butter and cream keep naming it as the place to go when they need soup. The sister Tsukiji branch near the Louvre works too, depending on your route.
