The room is so tight you squeeze between tables, and it's always full. Dominique Le Stanc, who once held Michelin stars, walked away from fine dining to cook old Niçois dishes here: pissaladière, stockfish, beef daube, chard pie. It's on the 2026 Michelin Bib Gourmand list. There's no phone, so you book online (link on their Instagram) or in person, and many diners say they only got in by setting alerts for cancellations.
