Floors 91 to 93 of One Vanderbilt, right beside Grand Central. Step out of the lift into a room where floor, walls and ceiling are all mirrors and Manhattan's towers hang upside down beneath your feet. Then come a room full of floating silver balloons and glass ledges cantilevered out from the building, one photo spot after another, which is why it feels more like an experience than a viewpoint. Most of it is indoors, so it still works on a grey or rainy day, and the Chrysler Building's spire looks close enough to touch.
