Started in 2013 as a small stand in Chelsea Market and now has branches across Manhattan. You can watch tortillas pressed and griddled and meat seared just behind the counter. Pay at the register, hand your slip to the cooks, and they ask 'Con todo?' Say yes and you get onion, cilantro, salsa and guacamole. There are no chairs, only standing counters, but turnover is quick. When the original Chelsea Market stand has a huge line, plenty of people come here or to Times Square instead.
