A calligraphy-themed hotel looking over Sarusawa Pond toward Kofuku-ji. Each of the 44 rooms carries works written by monks and calligraphers, from waka poems about Nara to rakugo lines. There is a terrace and a large public bath, and Nara Park is five minutes away on foot, Kintetsu-Nara about 480 m.
