A Sanuki-style udon shop inside the Higashimuki arcade, right by Kintetsu-Nara Station. Noodles are cut each morning and boiled to order; they are springy enough that most people go cold, with bukkake or tsuke-men dipping bowls. Curry udon and prawn or karaage tempura are popular add-ons. It is sometimes described online as a Michelin udon shop, but it does not appear on the current Michelin Nara Bib Gourmand list.
