This persimmon-leaf sushi shop sits right where Higashimuki shopping street begins, a minute from Kintetsu-Nara. The front counter sells single pieces and boxes; the tea room behind, Kakinoha Chaya, lets you eat on the spot. The main-store-only Osushi a la carte set pairs sushi with small side dishes and a soup. It is limited in number and skipped on some holidays.
