Claims the original tenmusu: bite-size rice balls hiding a little shrimp tempura. Shrimp in a secret batter is lightly pressed into Hokuriku Koshihikari rice and wrapped in nori. Most people buy packs of five or ten to eat while wandering Osu or on the train. Eating in is only possible 12:00–14:00.
