About 750 cherry trees make late March to early April a contest for picnic spots. A fountain tower from the 1910 exhibition, rose gardens, a pond and the Ukimido pavilion share the park, and the pavilion reflected with blossoms is the photo. Around 20,000 irises bloom in May and June, and autumn colour is good too. Easy by subway from Sakae.
