The izakaya chain with the bespectacled-man logo. Its 'phantom tebasaki' are crisp-fried wings glazed in a salty sauce and buried in pepper, engineered for beer. The flagship seats 144, with a big upstairs tatami hall for groups and 12 counter seats downstairs for solo diners. No seat charge, but they ask each person to order a drink.
