It opened in 2024 on the upper floors of the rebuilt Chunichi Building. Rooms start on the 25th floor, so every one looks out over Sakae, which makes it a night-view hotel. Oasis 21 and Hisaya-odori Park are across the street, which keeps night walks short. Rooms are 29 m², about right for two, and the décor splits by floor into a 'history' and a 'present' concept.
