Whitewashed vaults in the middle of the Altstadt, and no meat on the menu since 1984. It is known as one of Munich's first vegetarian restaurants, and vegan options now run through the whole card. Dishes ignore borders: tofu stroganoff, spinach and ricotta dumplings, tagliatelle with truffle. A good place for the third evening when pork knuckle has lost its charm.
