Chef Vítor Sobral turned the neighbourhood tasca into something sharper, on a corner of Campo de Ourique. The food is what a grandmother might cook, served in small plates. Most people pick four to six dishes of the day and share. Tables are few, so walking in for dinner is a gamble.
