A plain-fronted neighborhood place just above Jardim da Parada. The pork is native Alentejano, used whole, and the menu runs about a third vegetables, a third offal, a third meat. You nibble crackling and croquettes, then move on to the house bifana. It is a Michelin Bib Gourmand and bookings go through the restaurant directly.
