On Level 3 of The Cosmopolitan, near Blue Ribbon Sushi and Jaleo, there's a narrow hallway with no sign. Follow it past walls covered in old LP sleeves and you reach a New York-style slice shop. Finding it is half the fun, and it stays open into the small hours, so the after-club and after-casino crowd piles in. With only a few tables, plenty of people carry their slice out to the sofas on Level 3.
