The Vegas branch of the LA egg-sandwich shop. Its namesake 'Slut' is a coddled egg over potato purée in a glass jar, eaten by dunking slices of baguette. The Fairfax, soft scrambled egg with sriracha mayo, is the other big seller. It only opens in the morning, so the hotel's breakfast crowd lines up fast.
