The dessert shop that started in New York's East Village has a counter on Level 2 of The Cosmopolitan. The star is Cereal Milk soft serve, made from milk steeped with cereal; it tastes like the last gulp from a bowl of cornflakes. It's open until midnight (1am at weekends), handy on the way back from a show, and plenty of people come here for dessert after dinner at Momofuku in the same hotel.
