In the heart of The Cosmopolitan, strands of crystal beads hang like curtains around a bar stacked on three levels. The Verbena, sold only on Level 1.5, is a lemon verbena and ginger margarita topped with a 'buzz button' flower; chew the flower first and your mouth tingles and goes numb. Level 1 never closes, and mornings are quiet enough for unhurried photos.
