The whole bar hangs inside a curtain of crystal strands in the middle of the Cosmopolitan lobby. Each level has its own list: twists on classics at the bottom, inventive cocktails on the mezzanine, champagne at the top. Plenty of people climb the stairs and switch drinks as they go. Seating is tight, so a big group should not count on the upper sofas.
