Sulphur-smelling water bubbles up in a valley below jungle hills. There are rows of open-air tiled tubs and pools, though most day-trippers just dip their feet and rest. For a proper soak you rent a private tub by the hour. A short forest walk from the entrance brings you to a cold stream-fed pool and a waterfall trail, and with luck a nearby farm will have a rafflesia in bloom, a flower the size of a human head.
