Out of town on Dalit Beach in Tuaran, north of the city. On one side, kilometres of sand; on the other, the forest of the Rasa Ria nature reserve, so mornings are loud with birds. Two pools with a daily activity schedule, a kids' club and the Dalit Bay golf course keep many families inside for days. Opened in 1996 and renovated in 2015, it looks its age in places, but most guests say it is well kept.
