The morning kitchen for the noodle Sabah is known for. Yellow noodles worked by hand with egg yolk get stir-fried hot and arrive with char siew, greens and Hakka egg rolls. Each strand keeps its spring. It opens at dawn and shuts at 2:30 p.m., so go before lunch.
