The steakhouse of Nusret Gökçe, famous for the elbow-drop salt sprinkle. The Grand Bazaar branch sits inside the Sandal Bedesten, a 15th-century market hall, so the carving and salting shows happen under stone domes. You order from a QR menu at the table. The three-person 'Nusr-Et Special' was 5,500 lira and an onion flower 370 in October 2026. Salt Bae himself is not usually there.
