The ninth floor is a breakfast room in the morning and a bar-restaurant later, with the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the sea beyond all in one view. Breakfast is ordered from a menu rather than a buffet, and simit with kaymak and honey is the combination everyone raves about. The building was last renovated in 2013, and some find the room fittings a bit tired.
