Grab a tray and shuffle along the line while staff roll and cut dough behind the glass. You get your bowl, pick tempura and musubi yourself, and pay at the end, cafeteria style. It was the Japanese chain's first overseas shop, and the line never really stops; waits of 20 minutes are reported even at 9pm. Two people eat well for about $30, which in Waikiki is why many come back two or three times.
